Helga Moreno, a constant writer for Template Monster, has written a condensed piece about Holacracy. This new organizational driving system, founded 2009 by Brian Robertson, has gained a reputation for beeing a trailblazer in increasing agility, efficiency, transparency, innovation and accountability within an organization. The approach is said to encourage individual team members to take initiative and provides a process through which their concerns or ideas of all team members can be addressed.
